- Day 01: Arrival in Trivandrum – Transfer to Kovalam

- Day 03: Holistic Healing & Mindfulness
Continue your wellness journey with morning yoga and pranayama sessions, followed by prescribed Ayurvedic therapies focusing on rejuvenation and stress relief. Spend the afternoon in quiet reflection, enjoying the serene private beach or indulging in a calming herbal steam bath.
- Day 04: Deep Detox & Relaxation
After your morning wellness routine, proceed with advanced detox therapies such as Panchakarma (as advised). The rest of the day is designed for deep relaxation—enjoy nature walks within the property, sunset views, and mindful relaxation to enhance inner balance.
- Day 05: Cultural & Local Experience
Balance wellness with exploration as you take a short guided excursion to Padmanabhaswamy Temple (subject to entry norms) and a panoramic visit to Kovalam Beach. Return to the retreat for your scheduled therapies and a peaceful evening.
- Day 06: Rejuvenation & Beachside Serenity
Engage in sunrise yoga followed by specialized rejuvenation treatments aimed at restoring vitality and improving circulation. Spend the afternoon at leisure by the infinity pool or beach, soaking in the calming coastal ambiance.
- Day 07: Inner Balance & Wellness Integration
As your retreat nears completion, focus on gentle healing therapies, meditation, and wellness counseling sessions to help integrate the benefits into your daily lifestyle. Enjoy a farewell wellness dinner curated with nourishing Ayurvedic ingredients.
- Day 08: Departure
After a refreshing morning and light breakfast, check out from the retreat and transfer to Trivandrum Airport for your onward journey, carrying with you a renewed sense of balance, relaxation, and holistic well-being.
